How long will it take for my order to ship?
As each item is handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped via your chosen carrier.

Yes, we use sustainable soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, non-toxic burn for your home.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I repurpose the candle jars once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Our glass and ceramic vessels are designed to be reused. Simply wash with warm, soapy water to remove residual wax and use them for plants or storage.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
